Return

Products can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.  
Fill out the return form that you will find in the box or in this section, and send it to customercare@robertocollina.it

Once the return request has been accepted, we will send you a UPS digital barcode, as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package.

Items returned to us without completing the return request will not be accepted.

Shipping costs (€ 20 VAT included) are at your expense and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you following the return.

Please note that you may choose not to use the courier service provided by us, but also in this case, you will have to bear the costs of the different return method.


how to make a return

1. Download and fill out the form and send it to customercare@robertocollina.it 

2. Within the next 14 days, ship the product, completed with inner packaging, if possible, send it inside the original box.

3. Wait for the UPS digital barcode send it by us via email.

4. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS access point, by visiting https:// www.ups.com/dropoff and show them the digital barcode you received.

Exchanges

It is no longer possible to make an exchange for size or color or model. To streamline the procedure, we advise you to proceed directly with a new order.

The purchased product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts with the related control tag, the warranty seals intact and not tampered, with any accessory and additional material, without signs of wear and dirt.
